    US Fed word recession over hikes prices
    (9/15/2009) After a day of mostly dancing around the US$70 a bbl price today, traders at the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) and to a lesser degree at London's InterContinental Exchane (ICE) took to the floor to send crude prices sharply up on word from the US Federal Reserve's chairman Ben Bernanke that the recession in the United States is effectively over although the recovery is expected to be slow...Complete Daily Prices & Analysis
