Mexican open licensing good for both it & USA

Mexico has begun licensing oil and gas exploration and production concessions to international operators via its Round 1 bidding, ending the 75-year old monopoly held by Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) on the country's oil sector and open it to private and foreign investment.
Although this has been slowly nearing reality for many years, it has been thanks to Mexico's charismatic President Enrique Pena Nieto that the legislation finally passed and the process has begun...⇒⇒⇒

ICE & Nymex break 5-day price fall on US crude draw

(5/20/2015) Trades at London's Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) and the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) ended the five-day fall in crude futures prices today with significant buy-ups across the board with the exception of Tapis and DME Oman, on the strength of the day's report of last week's inventories by the US Energy Department's Energy Information Administration (EIA) indicating a draw of almost 2.7 million bbl, the third consecutive weekly drop, which was attributed to large sourcing by refineries...⇒⇒⇒
