From the Editor Argentina expropriation of YPF unwise Dev George Managing Editor Over the past quarter or so, Yacimientos Petroliferos Fiscales (YPF) de Argentina has been targeted by the administration of Argentine President Cristina Fernandez for nationalization claiming that the Repsol majority owned company has not been investing sufficiently in the exploration and development of its holdings in the country.
