US oil boom far from over

The phenomenal growth in oil production in the United States due to spectacularly successful shale oil projects primarily in Texas and North Dakota appears to have been stymied over the past few months by the plunge in oil prices and the spending cuts it produced. The increase in US oil output isn't over, however, disappointing as that may be to the big producers in the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC)...⇒⇒⇒

Yesterday's gains lost on Iran talks & Yemen worries

(3/27/2015) That big surge in crude futures prices yesterday was reversed today as traders at both the New York Mercantile Exchange (Nymex) and the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) in London acted on anticipation that next week's negotiations between the West and Iran on its nuclear program will produce an agreement that will trigger the lifting of sanctions on Iran and thereby a return to Iranian oil exports of around 2.5 million b/d or more within months...⇒⇒⇒
